If I had all the money (and time) in the world, this is a list of all the things I would regularly take/do/get to heal my body:
This is probably not even everything. But welcome to reality - most of us, including me, are most likely not able to afford all of these things (at once), but that doesn't mean you cannot detox your body. This is the ideal version, and let's face it, taking all of this would be probably way too harsh on a sick body anyway. Slow and steady is what's needed. I decided years ago to make health my priority so a lot of my money is spent on my health. And even though some of that money was not well spent, on the wrong supplements, modalities etc., I never regret a single penny I invested in my health. It really is the only important thing (well, after love, friends and enlightenment obviously, but these things you cannot buy with money). So what to do when you are on a budget? What is the most important? In my opinion:
The other ones that don't cost any money (and probably are even more important) are:
And most of all: avoid and get rid of toxic exposure! Get your amalgam fillings SAFELY (!) removed. Get rid of your chemical cosmetics and household products. Stop using plastic! Check for mold exposure in your house. Try and reduce your pharmaceuticals as much as you can (always talk with your doctor first of course!). Eat as organic as possible. Avoid heavy traffic. Avoid X-Rays, MRIs, etc. Of course we cannot avoid every toxic exposure (also thanks to Chemtrails). And sometimes we think we got it all, just to find out that your favorite mug contains crazy high amounts of lead. That's why everybody benefits from detoxing. Some of us are just the canaries in the coalmine, because we are more sensitive. So if you have amalgam fillings and no obvious health issues, or you eat pizza every day and feel great - that means you most likely have good genes and maybe a good emotional and energetic background. It doesn't mean that the toxins will never catch up with you, and you most likely would even feel better without them. Live and enjoy your life, but do what you can to improve your health.
