So how did I get on yesterday with TRS AND Turpentine?
I did eliminate some stuff in my poop. Now I am not one who digs in their stool so I don't know what all came out but I saw lots of things that I normally don't see. Let's keep it at that. I was a bit fatigued in the afternoon but not super bad. I went for a little gentle walk to keep the lymphatic system moving and sweat a bit. Felt a tiny bit more bloated in the afternoon (I don't have three bowel movements per day as Dr. Daniels suggests one should have on Turpentine) so I did a water enema and eliminated more stuff. I feel I sweat a bit more (I think that is from the TRS) and it's quite stinky. But overall I feel pretty good. I am up to 4 sprays of TRS per day (and it's only my fourth day of taking it) without major side effects. I am not super toxic anymore as I have done lots of detox before, so I feel this is fine-tuning, and mostly getting the brain clear. Good stuff: My libido is back! At least I definitely feel more mojo in that area :) And I have the feeling my hirsutism gets less! It is too early and I know this takes to clear up fully but I have a good feeling there. I am taking lots of schisandra to support my kidneys (out of He Shou Wu at the moment unfortunately). Strength is not too bad too, and I think upping my carbs has helped with that. I also had pretty interesting dreams last night. They say the Turpentine (which basically is the essential oil of the pine tree) helps clearing the pineal gland (pine - pineal) and some even claim to get more clearvoyant etc from taking the turpentine. So I am curious about further development in that area. This morning I took 7 drops, plus some frozen castor oil which apparently helps with SIBO. I also put a drop of Turpentine on my big shoulder scar (I know there is a connection between keloid scars and iodine and/or zinc) and one drop onto my third eye (you never know). I have my bottle of Lugol's out again but I am not daring to take it yet. Last time did crash my adrenals pretty badly, but I had also taken big amounts. My thyroid levels have improved on my last blood test but its still hypothyroid, and I still don't have white moons on my fingernails and I can still see my thyroid is a bit enlarged. I am taking daily kelp and I have a raw thyroid supplement and a seaweed/selenium supplement that I alternate. But I guess I am still deficient in iodine. Waiting for my blood test results. So overall doing good, things are moving in the right direction. Is it the detox from Spirulina/TRS, the Parasite slaying with Turpentine and suppositores, or simply the fact that I upped my carb intake - I tend to believe it's all of it together. I know some people would disagree on the carbs with me but I feel they give me more energy. I want to get away from extreme diets. These days many people are going away from vegan diets because of deficiencies etc. And then they turn to carnivore diets. The other extreme. I think none of this is healthy, and I listened to a few debates and I can just say none of them seem appealing. Breaking News: we all gonna die one day! There is no perfect diet. THat's my update for the day.

Remember when I said you should not do too many things at once because you could get severe die-off or you would not know what actually works and what not. Yeah, erm, can't help myself.
So two days after starting the TRS (which I think WORKS) I started the Turpentine Protocol today. Because it is full moon tomorrow and we all know those critters are most active during Full Moon. And because patience is not in my vocabulary and I don't like sticking to rules. What's the Turpentine Protocol you might ask? Turpentine (the pure pine gum spirit, not the toxic paint thinner) is amazing for killing parasites, Candida and apparently does a lot of other good things for your health. Apparently it was quite common for the older generation to take it. But sure enough governments banned all things that can cure. Thank God for the internet! Honestly, the internet saved my life, I have no idea where I would be today without it. Anyway, so Dr. Jennifer Daniels is probably the most famous Turpentine proponent, she has a whole protocol for it. You can take it with sugar or castor oil. So today I finally plunged in and took 5 drops on a tsp of coconut sugar first thing in the morning. A warning to all who want to try it: start slow. If you are really sick, like bedridden, I am not sure if it would be a good way to start, maybe start with less powerful things. Then again, it could be the miracle you might need. But it is really important to have regular bowel movements! Dr. Daniels suggests being so hydrated and eating lots of raw foods that you go 3 times a day. I think that is why people started suggesting taking it with castor oil with great success. The sugar is supposed to get the parasites out and then the turpentine kills them but many people use the protocol without the sugar and use just castor oil. It is also recommended to take a binder about 45 minutes after taking the turpentine to catch the toxins from the dying parasites. Some say activated charcoal is enough, others pledge for Enterosgel. Ornithine can be helpful for absorbing the ammonia, as well as molybdenum. I felt already pretty stable, as in I didn't have excessive bloating after meals anymore, I had done suppositories to kill parasites and Candida etc etc. That's why I thought it is time to start the Turpentine. I will continue the TRS of course. I do notice some episodes of fatigue during my days, as well as phases of good energy and great mood. Also, my muscles are more sore after workouts. Temperature still a bit low, and sleep not as deep. My body is working hard these days so I keep up the adrenal support. All in all though I feel very stable and the healing is speeding. The rash on my neck has gone. I always used to have a very irregular cycle from the first time I got my period. So when I was around 16 my gynecologist put me on the birth control pill. Classic medical solution. Let's not look for the root cause but mask the symptoms. Sure enough I had a regular cycle then. After about 7 or 8 years on the pill I decided to stop though.
Taking synthetic hormones long-term is not a good idea. The pill raises the amount of estrogen in the body. It tricks your pituary gland into thinking the body is pregnant all the time. Reckon that's healthy? The birth control pill also raises the Thyroid Hormone Binding Globulin which binds to your thyroid hormones. As well as the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin which binds to testosterone. While low testosterone doesn't sound bad for women, levels too low can lead to lower libido, muscle building and a host of other issues. Furthermore, synthetic hormones signal the body to shut down the production of those hormones. So when you get off the pill, the body doesn't produce enough estrogen and progesterone on it's own. Many women don't get a regular cycle when they stop taking the pill. The long-term effects of synthetic hormones are long-lasting. Another big issue is the nutrient depletion by taking the pill. The liver is working hard to metabolize those synthetic hormones to filter excess estrogen from the body. This can result in a major loss of many vitamins and minerals while at the same raise your copper levels. Overall, the pill seemed like a good idea but in the end it is the women again paying the price with their health, mostly because many men don't want to use condoms. The IUD btw is NOT a healthy alternative. The copper causes many health issues. So when I stopped taking the pill, my gynecologist was not very happy and said my PCOS would become worse (I had cysts on my ovaries) and I would not get my period. And I didn't get my period for a year. So how did it come back? Detox. After 6 months of eating a 100 % raw food diet my period came back and was regular ever since. That was over 10 years ago, and my cycles had been regular, and the last ultrasound showed only one tiny cyst on my ovaries. I am not even eating a raw food diet anymore, but this was the thing that helped me most. I also track my temperature and know when I am ovulating which definitely is my preferred way of natural birth control. Geez that stuff is really powerful. Took two sprays last night (yeah I always take higher doses than recommended) and when in bed I had lots of childhood stuff coming up and almost visuals, and I felt my brain. This stuff is working for sure.
I didn't sleep well again so I will consider taking it more in the morning or during the day I think. Also my temperature went down since taking it (adrenals!). Here is my take on ayahuasca which gets more and more fashionable these days.
When I grew up in a small traditional German town with pretty closed minded parents, I thought all drugs are bad for you. I didn't take any drugs really except alcohol and coffee (probably the only bad drugs are the ones that are legal, ironically). I never smoked weed as I didn't have friends who smoked. And well, I was pretty much autistic and too sick anyway. So I never took drugs until in my thirties. I heard about ayahuasca and this started my learning journey that drugs like mushrooms, marihuana, LSD, MDMA are actually not evil. Quite the opposite. It should tell you something if the government says something is illegal - it's usually really really good for you. So I embarked on a journey to heal spiritually, with the help of these ancient plant medicines. I think I started out with ayahuasca, the master plant. My first three ceremonies were rather uneventful which just shows how blocked my pineal gland must have still been. But it was a start, and I had some intense energy shifts in my third session although no visuals. I did more ceremonies over time, and had a massive breakthrough at my sixth session. It was very scary for me at that time but it was so good at the same time. Some of my last sessions had been immensely beautiful, and I will continue this journey as much as I can. I also tried mushrooms since then. They are actually using high dose psilocybin (the active component of magic mushrooms) to treat depression. I didn't take a real high dose yet but I would love to do so (under supervision). I had two great trips and I always see ancient patterns moving on my skin which is my favorite part, and I had one intense trip with lots of crying but felt amazing for weeks after. I also tried microdosing which was incredibly helpful for my depression at that time. I also did a ceremony of San Pedro which was more gentle than ayahuasca but nevertheless beautiful. And last but not least, just a couple of weeks ago I smoked weed for the first time :D Haha. I had taken edibles some years ago and hadn't been too thrilled with it (paranoia) but smoking was ok kinda. I just got really really hypothermic and I didn't like that my mind got really slow and my memory was impaired. Not my drug of choice, but I know that it's a very powerful plant for fighting cancer. I tried CBD oil (THC free) and it did make me more cheerful too. So this post is not to say, just go out and take drugs. I believe these plant medicines should be treated with respect and taken only in proper environment and not only for recreational use. Finding a good shaman is helpful. I heard how smoking weed can be actually causing de-realisation or the weed can be contaminated with heavy metals itself. I think these plant medicines can help you open up and see reality as it is, make you more intuitive, and sometimes they can play a big part in your healing journey, especially for emotional trauma. I got a new toy in my collection: Well I got a couple of new toys aka supplements, but this is one I am excited about. And hopeful. I read many very good reviews about the Advanced TRS although I must admit I am skeptical as it is an affiliate program so people tell you anything of course. And I actually read a few ridiculous posts about it. Nevertheless, it is my first zeolite product I am trying and I have actually high hopes. It is supposed to chelate the heavy metals super gentle, and actually all kinds of toxins for that matter. I must admit, it sounds too good to be true. So I will keep you up to date here. Yesterday I took my first spray(s). Wasn't quite sure if the first spray was fully on, so took a second one. You are supposed to start with one spray and then slowly work your way up. If you are bedridden, start with even lower doses. As I feel quite stable, I took another spray this morning. Could be a coincidence but I was in a foul mood all morning. Anger and rage about incompetent colleagues, and childhood issues coming up about feeling unworthy blah blah. Quite interesting as I had felt quite stable and mentally happy over the past days and weeks really. So far no other reaction. I went for a run/walk after work in the sun to move my system and felt better. Though tired. Oh, that's another thing: I didn't really sleep that well last night but I had nights like that before. All in all, too early to conclude. One thing I have though at the moment, but that had started already a couple of days before the TRS: Some itchy hives around my neck like a necklace. It looked worse in real. It started on the left side of my neck, then went down to the middle line, and today it is on the right side. At first I thought it was a reaction to my necklace but I haven't been wearing it since then and the hive is still there. Plus, I had this kind of hive before (I think that was when I was taking Lugol's). I could only imagine it's toxins moving in my lymphatic system since that is where the lymphs are. Maybe from the Spirulina that I have taken daily now.
I was also planning on doing a parasite bombing tomorrow with turpentine but not sure, since I now only started with TRS and I really should not do too many things at once as I always do. It can make things worse and in the end I won't know what helped and what made things worse. Some of my other new toys are Taurine and Whole Foods Vitamin C for my Ceruloplasmin production. And copper and chlorophyll. I am careful about those though. I will get my blood and hair results soon so see how I am with copper and zinc. Currently only taking small doses of zinc. Since taking the Spirulina (high in copper) also my cravings for chocolate are completely gone so maybe I have already enough copper now in my system. On the topic of Digesting Depression.
Everything we think that makes us unhappy, is external. If we decide to be happy inside, nothing and nobody can take that away from us. But we consciously and subconsciously decide to be unhappy when we are. Happiness really is a choice. It took me so long to really understand this. And it is mindblowing really. Because it is so simple. Our believes are everything, and we got fed the believes of our parents, family and friends in our formative years and that shaped our own believes. Everyday we get confronted with believes from society and our surrounding world and we decide if we agree or disagree. What matters in the end is what we believe. So choose wisely. Choose to believe the good stuff. Choose to believe that healing is easy, that in fact you are already whole. Choose to believe that you are happy. Choose to believe that life is easy and you always have enough money. And go into silence and let your subconscious believes come up. Because those are deep seated and they can sabotage your whole life. Let them come up, recognize them, and let them go, as they don't serve you. I still believe that detoxifying the physical body is a major step to digesting depression, and so important on this journey. The physical expression of our souls in this life should be honored as it gives us a tool to experience, and this is what life is all about. To experience. But I believe that the inner work is more important. Where do I want to go with this post? Meditate. Pray. Believe and FEEL that what you want is already yours. You have the magic powers, it really is true. Look up and listen to Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Wayne Dyer. I will copy a few interesting quotes here from different sites: "The ECS appears to be one of the most integral bodily systems for regulating our health and well-being (and many lifeforms before us on the evolutionary spectrum, even nematodes!). [...] Research demonstrates that even small doses of CBD stimulate your body to produce more endocannabinoids, like anandamide and 2-AG, and create new cannabinoid receptors. [...] Two key endocannabinoids are 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) and anandamide. 2-AG and anandamide are derivatives of the essential omega-6 fatty acid known as arachidonic acid; these endocannabinoids are produced as necessary for producing local healing and restorative effects in target tissues before being deactivated by enzymes. [...] The better options for boosting levels of anandamide is to eat foods containing arachidonic acid, such as meat and eggs, or to supplement with arachidonic acid directly." (From AnxietyHack) "Low levels of omega-6 fats with pyroluria appear to result from a problem with the production of arachidonic acid (AA). This is different from the mechanism behind low vitamin B6 and zinc in high mauve. HPL depletes zinc and B6 by binding to these nutrients, which causes them to be excreted in urine. So it’s not that the omega-6 arachidonic acid is depleted in pyroluria, it’s that its synthesis is inhibited. This block in AA synthesis appears to result from a problem with delta-6-desaturase, the enzyme which converts the omega-6 precursor linoleic acid into gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), which is then converted into AA. This same enzyme is also required for the synthesis of omega-3 fatty acids, so both omega-3 and -6 PUFA synthesis may be inhibited, but it appears that with high mauve, it’s more common for just the omega-6 eicosanoids to be affected. [...] Both zinc and B6 are cofactors required for the proper function of delta-6-desaturase (6) (7). Reduced omega-6 fatty acid levels may therefore be a secondary deficiency resulting from low zinc and B6. [...] Chronic viral infections may also decrease D6D activity in both the omega-3 and omega-6 pathways." (From LivingLoveCommunity) Same old question, what was first? Does Pyroluria increase toxicity by inhibiting the endocannabinoid system and lack of nutrients, or is Pyroluria a symptom of mercury toxicity since mercury inhibits lots of enzymes and is a neurotoxin in the first place. I have heard of people who reversed their pyroluria by detoxing the heavy metals. Few videos about the connection of the endocannabinoid system and autism: Apparently CBD Oil can be a good treatment for autism:
"The study was led by the director of pediatric neurology at Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Hospital, Dr. Adi Aran, who treated the 60 children with a high-CBD cannabis oil (20% CBD and 1% THC). The children were treated for at least seven months with the oil. After the treatment period, parents answered assessment questionnaires to characterize their child’s condition. Questions were asked about behavioral changes, anxiety levels and ability to communicate. Here’s what they reported:
What's new?
Diet: Experimenting with fruit and overall more carbs again. Yes, even grains (gasp!). Starting with buckwheat for now. Boom, I am having more energy. I know, what a surprise (not). I got this sneaky little theory that low carb works best for men anyway, while women need more carbs (and fruit), or at least they do better on it. So many theories in my head, hehe. Do I go back high carb vegan now? NO. I try and go back to a diverse healthy diet (seems like the disordered eating is still having a hold on me, but looking on the internet, I don't seem to be the only one :D). Anyway, yesterday I went for a long hike in the sunshine and even did a bit of running in between. My last attempts of running were awful. I wasn't even eating super low carb but kinda low carbish with mainly some sweet potato as my source. (Maybe a real low carb aka ketogenic diet would be different energy-wise). So back on the bananas and I feel like a light switch has turned on again. Maybe that was the reason for my low libido as well. D'oh! I keep on making the same mistakes it seems. I wonder though if I should rather focus on starches than fruit sugar to keep blood sugar balanced. Experiment continues. The massive bloating slowly went down! So this could be due to: lauricidin suppositories, peppermint oil orally (suppositories in the making), cbd oil or diet changes (less vegetables, more fruit - you would expect the opposite though). Maybe it's a bit of all. Which leads me to the cbd oil. Not quite sure yet about the effects but it usually takes some time anyway (which is a bummer because I am always doing so many things at the same time so I never quite know what works and what not - keep on making the same mistakes). Was feeling more cheerful though lately. I am mainly the guinea pig because I want my grandmother to get on it for her severe arthritis pain. I am trying to learn more about the endocannabinoid system. I am one of those rare cases who never got high smoking weed. So there might be a genetic receptor thing going on. It could also be that it's shut down due to disease (toxins?). So with the cbd I am hoping to wake up my endocannabinoid system. Maybe it is similar to other psychedelic drugs like ayahuasca. My first ceremonies were pretty low key. It seems as if my body was so toxic that it takes a while to wake up those receptors. My last ceremonies anyway were beautiful with lots of visions so maybe I should try smoking weed sometime again ;) I am almost through my sample of the Mitosynergy copper. I am taking two extra strength in the morning with no notable side effects so I wonder if that is a good sign? Maybe I am not deficient in copper after all? But of course it has been just a couple of days. I would love to give it more time but it's quite a costly supplement, so I will have to reconsider that. So far it has changed nothing to the better though as far as I can see. Some people said it helped with cold hands for example. Nah, still ice cold. Well my thyroid is still sub optimal (no white moons on fingernails and I can see it's still a big enlarged. I continue my iodine intake). I found a private lab nearby that will test anything you want for pretty cheap so that will be my next step to test my zinc and copper levels, besides lots of other stuff. I know I am still zinc deficient as I am still showing signs (white spots on the nails, dandruff). For detox I make a yummy cilantro pesto the other day, now that we are having lots of organic cilantro. Been eating a bit daily. In my very toxic past this would have made me very sick but now I can handle it so that's a good sign. I mean, how much more do I need to detox? I am very very hopeful though for the Advanced TRS that should arrive soon. Again, expensive, but I read so many positive comments now about it. I will let you know! I am starting back on my morning ritual practise of affirmation, visualizing and gratitude. SO important. My meditations were a bit meh lately but I also didn't put that much effort into it. Maybe time to switch it up. I think that's it. :) So I have been taking the Mitosynergy for a couple of days now. I started with half a capsule of the Extra Strength, which is actually not that much, since one capsule only contains 0,5 mg of copper but I guess since it is extra bioavailable, more gets absorbed, and low and slow is always best with introducing new supplements (not that I ever followed that route).
The next day I took a whole capsule. At the same time (because I am not always the smartest and most patient) I also started taking Spirulina (also high in copper). I do feel quite good. Which to be honest, intuitively I would rather give the Spirulina the credit for. To me it still makes more sense to get nutrients from food (even if it is a strange kinda food like a blue green algae) instead of supplements. Although I dig the Mitosynergy approach because their copper is super bio-available (but also soo much more expensive than Spirulina, and it it doesn't contain all the other good nutrients that Spirulina provides). I am still taking my zinc (apart from the copper, since they are antagonists). I am currently looking into TRS which is a nano-zeolite spray, said to be VERY effective for heavy metal detox. The internet is full of positive reviews (although some also claim it's a scam). But being me I will give it a try of course! From the same company I also ordered a new hair mineral analysis test (strangely hard to get one here in Spain), so I am curious. I still need to get my zinc, copper and ceruloplasmin levels tested though. Tried to get zinc sulfate at the pharmacy here but you can't get it without a doctor's prescription. Geez, c'mon Spain! My mind is pretty calm though at the moment (not much overthinking, or racing mind), meditations are pretty good. I have some dream recall. Learned today about taurine and that it helps the body absorbing Magnesium (as well as B6). Maybe a reason why for the past years I always had to take my daily magnesium, and I seem to waste it a lot. So when you are deficient in taurine, the kidneys just dump the magnesium. You get taurine mainly from fish and meat (hello, vegan years!) but the body can also produce it (if all goes well, which as we know is usually not the case if you are heavy metal toxic). Not sure if I get me some taurine, it is also important for the production of ceruloplasmin, so might be good. I also read that babies who aren't breastfed don't get enough taurine, that's why they add it to baby formula (I wonder if they did that already in the 80's when I got baby formula). Nutrient deficiency -> lower detox. One thing I noticed is that my heart palpitations are back a little. Didn't have those in a loooong time (the last time in my fruitarian days so I thought it is related to low sodium maybe?). I crave sodium still A LOT, and I wonder if my kidneys are also still salt wasting. I noticed whenever I get a hot flush of the face (usually around mid-day when I feel worst) it sometimes helps to drink a glass of water with a tsp of salt. Adrenal cocktail style I guess. But yeah, I noticed that I usually feel worst between 1 and 4 pm, and then after my mood gets better. The organ clock says it is the time of the small intestines from 1-3 pm so that makes sense (SIBO). I wonder if the SIBO will sort itself out once all the metals are detoxed. Then the stomach acid production should be better too. Maybe a fast will help once I am more detoxed. The only time my face was zero red was after a 5 days water fast. That's the latest news. |
